Client Onboarding Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting this onboarding form, the client agrees to all terms and conditions of FINGROW Consulting Pvt Ltd (“Company”). These terms form a legally binding agreement.

2. Scope of Services

FINGROW provides professional services including:

• Income Tax Filing
• GST Registration & Filing
• Accounting & Compliance Services
• Advisory & Consultancy

The exact scope will depend on the service selected by the client.

3. Client Responsibility (VERY IMPORTANT)

The client agrees that:

• All documents, data, and information provided are true, correct, and complete
• The client is fully responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information submitted
• The company is not responsible for errors arising due to incorrect client data

4. No Liability Clause

FINGROW shall not be held liable for:

• Any penalties, notices, or legal actions arising due to:
  • Incorrect / fake / incomplete information provided by the client
  • Delay in document submission by the client
• Any losses due to government policy changes or system issues

5. Document Submission Policy

• Client must submit all required documents on time
• Delay in submission may lead to:
  • Late filing penalties
  • Additional professional charges

6. Fees & Payment Terms

• All services are chargeable as per agreed fees
• Full/advance payment may be required before service initiation
• Fees once paid are non-refundable
• Additional work will be charged separately

7. Confidentiality

• FINGROW will maintain strict confidentiality of client data
• Information will only be shared with government authorities if required by law

8. Authorization

The client authorizes FINGROW to:

• Use provided documents for filing and compliance purposes
• Represent the client before authorities (where applicable)

9. Communication Consent

The client agrees to receive:

• Calls, WhatsApp messages, Emails regarding services, reminders, and updates

10. Turnaround Time

• Service timelines depend on:
  • Completeness of documents
  • Government portal/system availability
• FINGROW is not responsible for delays caused by external factors

11. Limitation of Service

• FINGROW is a service provider, not a decision-maker
• Final approval/rejection is subject to government authorities

12. Termination of Service

FINGROW reserves the right to:

• Refuse or terminate service in case of:
  • Suspicious or illegal activity
  • Non-cooperation by client
  • Non-payment of fees

13. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India

14. Amendments

• FINGROW reserves the right to update terms anytime
• Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms
