1. Declaration of Information

I, the undersigned client, hereby declare that:

• All information, documents, and data provided by me are true, correct, and complete
• I have not hidden any material facts related to my income, business, or transactions

2. Responsibility of Accuracy

I understand that:

• FINGROW Consulting Pvt Ltd prepares filings based only on the information provided by me
• I am fully responsible for the correctness of all data submitted

3. Income & Disclosure Declaration

I confirm that:

• I have disclosed all sources of income, including:
  • Salary / Business Income
  • Capital Gains
  • Interest Income
  • Foreign Income (if any)
• No income has been intentionally omitted

4. Document Authenticity

I declare that:

• All documents submitted are genuine and valid
• No fake, altered, or misleading documents have been provided

5. GST Declaration (if applicable)

I confirm that:

• All sales, purchases, and GST-related data provided are accurate
• I am responsible for any mismatch, notice, or penalty arising from incorrect GST data

6. Authorization to File

I authorize FINGROW Consulting Pvt Ltd to:

• Use my data for preparing and filing returns/forms
• Submit filings on my behalf on government portals

7. Review & Approval Responsibility

I agree that:

• I will review the prepared return/filing before submission
• Final submission will be considered approved by me

8. No Liability Clause

I understand and agree that:

• FINGROW Consulting Pvt Ltd is not responsible for:
  • Any tax demand, penalty, or legal action due to incorrect information provided by me
• The company acts only as a facilitator/service provider

9. Delay Responsibility

I accept that:

• Delay in providing documents may result in:
  • Late filing fees
  • Penalties
• FINGROW is not responsible for such delays

10. Indemnity Clause

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FINGROW Consulting Pvt Ltd from:

• Any losses, penalties, or legal consequences arising due to:
  • Incorrect information
  • Non-disclosure of facts
  • Fake documents

11. Consent for Communication

I consent to receive:

• Calls, Emails, WhatsApp messages regarding filings, updates, and compliance reminders

12. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute shall be subject to Bangalore, Karnataka jurisdiction
